All orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Untracked shipping is at the risk of the recepient. If you live in a location where mail can get lost, then I highly recommend tracked shipping. Refunds cannot be issued once products have been shipped. Please note that shipping times are calculated from when the products are sent, and not at the point of purchase. All orders will be bulk-shipped once a month.
