Orders can be modified or refunded prior to being shipped. Refunds and modifications are not accepted after shipping. Please note that untracked shipping is at the risk of the recipient. If you purchase untracked shipping and your item does not reach you, I cannot issue a replacement because there is no way to confirm the item's location.
